Description of the Challenge:
The Podkarpackie Office of Geodesy and Agricultural Land (PBGiTR) — an organisational unit of the Podkarpackie Region government — is responsible, among other things, for monitoring changes in land use within the Podkarpackie Region. 
This task involves assessing changes in land use and land cover (LULC). To carry out this task, PBGiTR uses, among other things, tools for automatic land cover classification based on satellite imagery from the Sentinel-2 mission. Given the scope of the task, it is advisable to integrate satellite data processing and implement artificial intelligence (AI) solutions.
